@nicolebrowner hi there! The PTP measurement is 19” flat. I would say this blouse is a true to size small, because the arm opening isn’t a deep cut. It’s best for an XS or Small. I am a small, and the shirt fits me. If this doesn’t work, I do have a gorgeous long sleeve silk blouse listed jn my closet that is larger and fits a range of sizes. I will accept a reasonable offer on it. 🪻
