Brand new with tags. Beautiful pink iridescent long sleeve neck piece. I really don’t know how else to describe it. It has this beautiful statement flower and just covers the neck line and arms. I loved it so much so I bought it but sadly not sure I was creative enough to find something to wear it with. It’s an amazing piece. One size fits all
