New with tag J.Crew - Ruffle Front Top in Crinkle Cupro (style CF457) Size: 10 Color: Light blue This top is completely new and unworn, with original tag. There is a small mark to the upper back (see last photo). I believe the blouse is a return and when this was returned the back neck label was crossed out, but also a little bit of ink went onto the blouse itself. The blouse can still be worn and the mark may not even be visible depending on how the top is worn. I do not know if the mark is permanent or not. Measurements included in the photos.
