Fun balloon sleeve, wrap style with oversized statement tie at the waist. Extra buttons still attached on the care tags. Only worn once, it's in excellent condition, basically new without tags. Perfect for parties all year round, and would be awesome for birthdays, weddings or holidays! I just haven’t really had the occasion to wear this recently.
