This is a boutique brand, bought for a wedding. Only worn and dry cleaned once, excellent used condition. It is silky, cowl neck, lining from under bust to knee-length, adjustable tie back and a slit on the left side. Hits on the low shin. Tie dye colors are muted, it is not as loud as it appears in the pictures. There is no size tag, but it was bought as an extra small. I am 5’4”, 120 pounds.
