I understand these are listed as 38s-how much give in the stretch material in the waist and have they been altered?

@rexreed1 hi! Unaltered. I remeasured the inseam today and they all hit at 32” and they are all 97% cotton and 3% elastane for mild/moderate stretch but with a smooth cotton feel.
