We try to be very thorough in checking our items for flaws but I never thought of looking at the buttons especially since it was given to us by a friend. We are in the process of figuring out how we can get you a refund. Again, we are truly sorry for the flawed item and the inconvenience it has caused.

khogan85y I sent a cancellation but I guess Poshmark has to review and except it. If you want I can just adjust the price of this one to $50 and you can buy it again or we can wait on Poshmark in case you’re able to save on shipping let me know.

lindemar73 @khogan85y I haven’t been notified of a cancellation from Poshmark, so let’s just wait. I’d hate for you to send the dark one and then have payment be cancelled. Or have payment be sent twice from my end. Let’s just wait and see what you hear back. And it might be easier to sell separately and bundle as requested. Last couple Hermès ties i sold were sold for much more than you’re asking. 😊
