NWOT, no flaws that I could locate and it has never been worn. This looks a lot darker on their website - in person is like my photos - I'll call it a soft burgundy color. The buttons on this are unique (brown pearlescent) and really cool looking! :) These are literally the best flannels ever - IYKYK! :) They are very well made, have a fabulous soft texture, and hold up really well!
