Can you provide the measurements from arm pit to arm pit and across the waist? I find it easier to compare with dresses I have that fit well. Also how much for the accessories

@jrwinters2 17 inches armpit to armpit, 15" across the waist, there are other measurements in one of the photos that may be helpful.
