J Crew Women’s Size 4 Vibrant Blue Dress- Lined, Short-Sleeve, Knee Length

Beautiful shade of blue. Size 4, fully lined. Wear as v-neck or close clasp for keyhole front. Feminine detail with button and slight puff on sleeve. Feels like an elevated t-shirt dress. Loose and comfortable, but not frumpy. Very flattering! I would keep this dress forever but it no longer fits.
