Hi. Measurements, please: Width across chest, width across seam at the place where the tier on the bottom starts, and length from shoulders to bottom? Also, what is the fabric content? Thanks

@petertosh hello, I don't do measurements, sorry. the dress is 100% viscose, lining is 100% rayon. the dress is an oversized fit, more like a s-m fit.
