@justagirlw_ Hi, so sorry for the delay. Each strap end has two hole options for the buckle so it can be lengthened or shorten but only very slightly. After trying it on in its longest position, I'd say it is possible to wear as a shoulder bag. For me personally, it's a bit snug with a sweater on but comfortability will vary from person to person. Hope that's able to help you a bit!
