Believed to be vintage when purchased in '90s but unable to find info on brand-presumed to be small, local maker or shop no longer in business. Faded tag (10th pic) shows "Cone(?)" & "Size 14" hand written. Amazing condition, perfect for the hip, vintage ocean or poolside look. Status: Rare Vintage: est. 1960s-'80s (?)
