Unique Vintage high waist gold swim bottoms

Unique Vintage's Gold High Waist swim bottoms, size small. Unfortunately they are just a bit too tight for me. Worn once, washed, like new with no wear. They do have some stretch though please see photos for measurements. For context my natural waist is 28 inches and they are too tight to wear for a full beach day.
