julyevanex @kramdonna I apologize for missing your earlier question. Although, I cannot confirm or guarantee this, I asked a friend who is a bootmaker, and according to his professional opinion, he believes it’s the paint on the leather that is chipping, and due to the quality of the Lucchese brand it could also be the intended design to look distressed/cracked. 👇

julyevanex @kramdonna However, it is not something that can fixed with polish alone. I can guarantee, the cracking is not from wear and tear, they’ve only been worn once for a few hours, they’re practically brand new.

julyevanex @susan1404 while still unsure of your unsolicited attack, I bought these boots myself from an authorized vendor, more specifically the Lucchese outlet in El Paso, Tx. Hence, the imperfection when I got them. If you have authentication credentials, I’d love to talk more. Otherwise, I would appreciate you not making unsupported accusations.
