Love this particular French Terry— comfortable and soft. Not stiff, not flimsy, nice weight. Cleaning instructions indicate to hand wash. It held up in the wash machine on delicate cycle, turned inside-out, in a mesh bag, cold water wash, with extra water (in a small load with only other delicate items and nothing bulky or abrasive).
