Waist: 16.5 inches
Length: 37 inches (measured from armpit to bottom of hem, as the straps are adjustable)
The material does have a tiny bit of give to it. Also, this item is still sold on the Quince website in case reading some of the reviews on fit is helpful to you. I hope that helps!
