This fun dress is by Valeria Designs. This was a custom piece and does not have tags or "the black patch"
The black and white polka dot dress features red flowers trimmed in crystals. It has a single layer skirt trimmed in black horse hair. This will look amazing on the dance floor or for a showcase! It is long waisted so definitely best on someone taller or at least "top tall"

@jkaufman3987 I do not. It was a custom piece but was never worn or rented out, probably because it is very specific as something made for someone tall and long waisted and none of my rental clients fit that bill.
