Buttons say “vintage blue founded 1989” Fits like M. Chest/Pit 2 pit: 16.75” Waist: 11.5” (laid flat) elastic waistband with plenty of stretch. I wore it comfortably with 31” waist Skirt is 33” from waist please note, there are some bleach stains on this dress as shown in photos!
