Hi! Do you have the hip measurement for this dress? I’m a medium up top but my hips are more like a L/XL so I wanna make sure this will fit 😆

I just measured the hip 3" below the waist and pulled semi-taught the hip is about 20". The pleating would give some extra wiggle room. I have the same body proportions-know the fit struggle 1st hand.
