brand new poncho from lily pulitzer with plastic part of tag still on and never worn. the paper part fell off but the plastic piece is still there. size small and in perfect condition. there is fringe at the bottom and a pretty floral embroidery throughout the front. purchased in store for around $170 i believe. size small/medium
