dive_studio Hey I wasn’t sure how to message you directly but when your package was sent it was in perfect condition. It was miss handled during shipping and you should definitely open a claim on it!! I will support any refund. You should not have to pay for something that has arrived broken. Please let me know how I can help. So sorry that happened♥️

kyla0211 hi again! i was going to file a usps claim for broken or damaged items but i’ve never done it before and it says i can get a refund but I just wanted to make sure that it’s coming from them and not you, do you know how that works? because if it’s going to make it come from you i won’t file it since it wasn’t your fault!!

dive_studio @kyla0211 you can do it through poshmark...if you open a claim with them they will do all the work for you. When you go to the purchase on poshmark does it still give you an option to file the claim?

dive_studio @kyla0211 Go to www.usps.com/domestic-claims. Sign in to the Online Claims site with your USPS.com user name and password. New users can register for a user name and password at www.usps.com. Enter the Tracking/Label Number and shipping date. Enter the address information and claim details. Select the reason for filing a claim. Upload proof of value, such as a receipt of purchase If required, enter insurance fees and upload evidence of insurance

dive_studio @kyla0211 I believe it’s priority mail so they all have insurance. If you can’t figure it out I will try on my end. Sorry for the trouble. That’s why I like poshmark so much because there is so much support for both the seller and buyer. You could even email them. They are very good about it. Just explain you didn’t know how it worked.
