The fitted sleeves are a longer 3/4 cut so they don't dig into your elbow ditch while still giving you maximum arm coverage. The dress has gathered bust cups and a tulip-style pencil bottom that features a flawless drape and a back slit for ease of wear. The Starlet is finished with a removable 1.5-inch self-belt.
