Yes, I can confirm this pair runs true to full size 9! My daughter wears an 8.5, and they were too big for her. We’re in California now, so she planned to wear them without socks, they are lined in plush shearing! However, in colder climate they’d be perfect, plenty of room for warm, wool socks. Hope that helps!
