No cracking or peeling, and the straps are in great shape as well! Beautiful bag, just too big for every day for me, but not big enough for travel. I got the same response earlier when I tried to send something else to you in our conversation. I emailed support and got a generated email stating somebody would get back to me and then someone did get back to me so that's how I'm in touch with them.

Just talked to the post office in Columbus. They have a scanned photo that the box does not look like it has been damaged and the shipping label is intact. They put a missing alert on it to expedite the process. We’ll see how it goes, but that’s the latest update. I’m discouraged that PM was absolutely no help.

Package arrived! Box was smashed and opened in several places but purse appears to be in unharmed condition. I’m going to be accepting and making a Poshmark and usps complaint on how they treated us.
