catherinecol511 @mandyjohnson892 yes it definitely can be altered. I bought this from another lady on here and my mom didn’t end up wearing it but she’s an 18/20 and it was just a little big on her. The wrap tie helps hold in too. I don’t believe it’s been alternated at all in length! This brand does run a bit smaller in general too!
