Adorable striped linen cotton blend. The back of the waistband is elastic for a comfortable fit adorable button detail down the front with a slit in the front. Also, please see photos for measurements. The waist does stretch due to the elastic on the back! Size is extra small, but with the elastic this would likely fit anyone from a 0-4. For reference I am 5’4”, 130 pounds.
