This boho 100% rayon blue tunic top could also be a mini dress. It has an empire style with deep v-neckline. White cross-stitch embroidery pattern. It is a dusty navy-ish color. Great used condition. There is no discoloration, it is just the way the light hits the fabric. No rips, tears or pulls that I see. Great for fall and spring, or even summer in cooler areas!
