Flawed Gem! This is a silk blend dress from Anna Sui. Never worn. There is ink bleeding on the bodice and one strap where the tag got wet and bled into the fabric. Tag is not included. This dress can be worn strapless! There is boning in the bodice, a built-in support band with adjustable hooks, and straps which can be attached to internal buttons and fully removed. The fabric has a lovely shine that doesn't quite show in pictures.
