I have two tickets for repair at the Chanel Store in Palm Beach, Florida. They were not able to make the repair, so the replacement the frame completely. I have that and the emails from Chanel with the pickup order and email saying they replaced the frames. I do not have the original receipt, but it’s still under warranty.
