3/4 sleeve with puffy rouched detail. elastic band on bottom with cute tie detail. Elastic at the neck to add a flattering scoop neck effect. Beautiful pastel floral design. Never been worn. I loved this top when I first got it, but I didn't like how wrinkled the fabric was. It's kind of a linen-style fabric, which is different than I was expecting. Still beautiful, but not right for me.
