The lock is authentic LV and is #315. You can lock the two zippers together to keep your belongings secure if desired. The Alma PM is considered a classic and timeless Louis Vuitton design, first introduced in 1934 and named after the Pont de l’Alma in Paris. The date code BA0918 has been verified as authentic and signifies. The bag was manufactured in France in January 1998. This bag will go to Poshmark for authentication, although I will include the authentication card I received when I purchased it. The bag is in excellent vintage condition with some watermark spots and minor rubbing around the vachetta leather. The interior is quite clean and features a fabric lining along with one interior pocket.
