White House Black Market 100% silk floral halter top. The top is in a rich black with white flowers with touches of red.  This top is a halter style with light boning giving the top a great shape.  This blouse would look great paired with a jacket for the office or with jeans for a casual chic look.  This is a beautiful top don't let it slip away. I am estimating this to be around a size 8 based on WHBM’s size chart. Please check measurement to be sure
