Brand-new, never worn. Commissioned for a cosplay, but seamstress lives in Russia and it got lost in the mail for over 2 months. Finally got it and it’s too big. 🙃 Expertly crafted, but selling because I don’t want to work with the seamstress anymore due to shipping issues. 30” waist circumference at narrowest (vertical middle), but the top and bottom are wider than that. I have a 30” waist and it closes completely without any room for tightening, so recommended for someone with a 32”-34” waist. Material feels like a smooth cotton/poly blend. Doesn’t come with anything to lace it up because I had what I needed already, but some good satin cord is cheap and easy to find. Plastic boning sewn in for structure & comfort.
