arcadeartisan I do to feel that the Disney dress shop dresses that I’ve tried on have a little wiggle room with sizing. The flat measurements are in the listing if that helps.

arcadeartisan The flat measurement from the armpit across is 16 inches. There is some gathering at the bust and the fabric has a little stretch to it.
