Is this a coat thick enough for snow?

@whiffer99 I think the inner lining will help a lot in the cold, but it’s not really water proof so if it’s reallyyyy coming down, it might not be the best for that specific scenario (not necessarily a “snow coat” by Midwest standards haha)
