Hi, re: the re-hemmed edge, does it appear the original hem is still intact and could be let down to its original length cleanly, or does it look as if it will look bad if the hem is let back down because the material was cut off or new seams done irreversibly, etc? Are you able to include another picture of the inside showing more of the hemline from the inside of both the front and back please? This is beautiful, but I'd need to let it down to the original length. Thank you.

The hem@is not cut and loosely stitched. The original hem, the blue tight stitches, are in tact. I can cut the hem out and give it a stream. Added a few pics:)

All done. I have removed the hem. It looks great. You can’t tell it was ever hemmed:) new length is in the pics.
