Is the length from the top of the strap to the hem? I'm going on a trip as of Nov 30, would it be possible to have it by then?

@stefandtaco444 I believe this was measured from the strap, but I would have to remeasure to make sure! Shipping can be hit or miss with the holidays. Sorry for the late response.
