laurdonahue @acolecole467 Hi! Thanks for the inquiry, when I purchased it the freckles were on it. Not sure if its a paint transfer or what it is. Not sticky or anything weird but with a standard cleaner and conditioner they did not come off. Could you get them off with continuous scrubbing most likely, I just did not want to risk taking off any of the actual bag paint. Overall it is in amazing condition! Let me know if you have any other questions! 💕
