Never used neon cowboy accessory pack. As pictured the two LED choker only half light up, that’s how they came when I reached out to neon cowboy they said that if you cut one end of it to make it smaller, it should fix the LEDs, but I don’t have time for that. There are two sets of LED face gems. One is a rainbow one is cherries their stickers for both sides of your face. They come with a whole kit. There are two stickers, one set of nipple covers and a sparkly clear, cowboy bottle opener keychain.
