ICONIC designer Andre' Courreges (lived from 1923 - 2016). He was particularly known for his streamlined 1960s Designs influenced by modernism and futurism. Courreges worked for Cristobal Balenciaga for 10yrs. In 1961, Courreges launched his own fashion house. Just saw a pair on another site sell for Much higher than these.
