BEAUTIFUL bag, excellent shape overall, only couple issues are very minor: mild wear on the bottom corners and bottom, and two small stains on the inside corners which aren't noticeable unless you're really looking for them, and very faint scratches in the computer compartment. It was barely worn, the canvas is gorgeous, and the interior compartments are very clean and stiff since they weren't even broken in and were barely used. The leather is still light colored and the metal buckles and other parts are very shiny with no scratches. LOVE this bag just don't have a use for it now that I work from home
