These bags (9) are new, never been used, but have a small issue. The bag might have been folded a little off-kilter, there might be a crease across the bag, it might be a little crinkled, the fabric handle might have a snag in it or similar minor cosmetic issue.  In all cases, the bags are not ripped or torn and are completely usable.
