umbrella27 @kellsies Hi. This is a very confusing system.They closed the chat so we can’t write now. I have sent them many emails. They told me now I only have a certain amount of time to send it back but I never got the label & I didn’t get the bag to send it back in. They just sent it yesterday but I’m crushed w work. Label they sent isn’t UPS so I can’t call someone to pick it up. I then have to make time out of work to go bring it to PO.

umbrella27 @kellsies they limit what you can write so I’m trying to send you this. I very much appreciate the new bag & the other ones u sent. They’re perfect! I’m a newbie here & this is a difficult process.

umbrella27 @kellsies so I got a delivery and have a box. No need to send me a bag I appreciate it. They are telling me I need to return it today, and they have an explained why when they just sent me a label. I am absolutely swamped with work but I’m gonna try to get over to get this back to you today. Thank you again

kellsies @umbrella27 I’m so sorry for mess. I’ll get your refund for you, if you can’t get to the PO today. You can request a pickup from the PO online for tomorrow. I’m not happy with their return process. If they don’t refund I’ll send you a check or other option if you include your information in the box. Thank you

umbrella27 @kellsies You’ve been great. I let them know their system is just ridiculous. Literally give you like five minutes to go to the post office and get something back. I’m going to try to get there now because otherwise I have medical appointments and work the rest of the day. Hopefully the line isn’t crazy. I will let you know. Thank you again
