Shoulder pads. Waist seam has elastic but not stretchy anymore. Peplum. Button and loop closure at cuff. Deep V neckline with inner panel that looks like a separate blouse but is sewn in. Zipper back closure. Made by Freda. No material tags but feels like polyester. Model is 5’9, size small. May fit up to Medium(see measurements). Approx 45in length, 16.25in shoulder seam to seam, 22.5in sleeve length, 21in pit to pit, 18.5in width at waistband unstretched(20in fully stretched), *Please keep in mind that this is a ❤️preloved item and it has been worn and used.
