the sleeves are capped. it zips up the back
I measured from the top of dress to bottom.

it's 38 inches
you have to remember there is no shoulders that leaves approx 9 inches or so off your neck neck line
and. back. I have an affair next month the same people will be there .I bought another. only reason for selling. it's a full midi.

your arms go through the capped sleeve. so that is why it fits midi. thanks again
