Aeropostale Ultralight Dayglo Orange Vest, Women's XL

It's difficult to take an accurate photo of this vest's color because it is So Bright. In person it looks a little lighter in color, but it does look like a vest that's been infused with glow sticks. Very bright, and very light, add it when you need a little buffer to the breeze. Condition-wise it's in great shape, with no discoloration I can see. Easy to pack into a pocket.
