Forest green velvet long sleeved top embellished with ruffles at wrists and collar. Size large. No brand identified. Pretty shimmer in the light. Measurements in pics. Materials and care instructions tag has been removed, but my guess is a polyester and spandex mix as there is clearly stretch. Preloved, but in excellent condition. The ruffles add a nice touch of femininity. Dressy top, would look awesome with something sparkly or a set of pearls.
