Very flattering cocktail dress by Evan Picone! Cut on the bias, so you can pull it on without a zipper. The hem flutters sweetly. Halter style with strappy back. Lining feels very satiny. Bust 33 Waist 30 Hips 38" measurements circumference Excellent pre-owned condition, but it probably should be dry cleaned, I haven't done that.
