The neckline is accented with a draping capelet, and it has a long row of ruffles leading to the hem. It is made out of flowy, poly chiffon fabric. The lining is aqua blue in color, and the overlay is sheer, with a beautiful, colorful floral print. Back zipper closure. Size - unknown, no attached label. Condition - Minor flaws shown in the last photos, a small mark and hole towards the hem, and subtle heat damage, mainly at the front towards the hem, and on the ruffle trim, but not very noticeable because of the busy print.
